Like it’s sibling the Nike Roshe Run, the Nike Tanjun is informed by elements of Japanese culture. The Tanjun was specifically inspired by the Japanese word for “simplicity.” The Wmns Tanjun ‘Black’ follows suit, with a sleek silhouette that at one point made the Nike Tanjun the most popular sneaker in the United States. This women's version has a padded tongue, collar and insole in a minimalist black and white colorway.
