In September 2015, Nike unveiled the FA15 Women’s City collection, a pack of Air Max 90s designed around a Sweet Schemes theme. Each colorway was inspired by the favored dessert of various international cities, such as eton mess for London, strawberry cheesecake for New York and, in the case of this model, shortcake for Shanghai. The insole is stamped with ‘TREAT YOURSELF, SHANGHAI’ lettering, while ‘HAI’ appears on the lace jewel. The embossed pattern across the upper finishes the look with an icing effect.
