Authentic (Paisley) Violet

Initially introduced in 1966, the Vans Authentic is characterized by its throwback appeal and modern detailing. This 'Violet' option—issued in November 2014—updates the look with a paisley-print canvas upper, cord laces and metal eyelets. The two-tone flag label and rear logo stamp are retained for signature style. Reinforced by a striped foxing band, the vulcanized rubber sole and waffle-patterned tread support the underfoot.
