Nike analyzed runners and their biomechanics for years before developing the React foam technology, which became one of the Beaverton brand's most iconic innovations. Using heat mapping technology and feedback from athletes, Nike was able to discern where the most cushion was needed. The Odyssey React 2 Flyknit 'Triple Black' silhouette launched in January 2019, features a black on black monochrome colorway and comes equipped with a Flyknit upper and React foam sole for ultimate running performance.
