Released on June 2016, the Nike Hyperdunk 2016 features Zoom cushioning with a gap in the center to act almost like a trampoline. Designer Leo Chang continued the exaggerated high-top silhouette, inspired by the Nike Mag and from playing insights via NBA star Paul George. The shoe employs a foam-and-mesh Hyperfuse upper for the streamlined flexibility and breathable comfort that made the 2008 original a game-changer. Flywire cables descend from the laces for lightweight support.
