Era 'BMX Checkerboard'

Drawing inspiration from BMX team riders in the late 80s and early 90s, the Vans Era 'BMX Checkerboard' pays homage to the company's heritage as the first sports footwear brand to support BMX. Retro design elements are revived on the color block canvas upper with reinforced stitching, a padded collar and classic flag label. The defining check pattern appears on the vulcanized sole alongside high foxing tape and a printed bumper logo.
