Air Tailwind 79 'Be True'

Launched in June 2019, the Nike Air Tailwind 79 'Be True' celebrates the 50-year anniversary of the Stonewall uprising while paying homage to LGBTQIA+ rights activist and the Pride flag's creator, the late Gilbert Baker. This special edition features a mesh and suede upper, with rainbow hues honoring the community detailing the heel. Sockliner graphics represent the meanings from the original 1978 flag. A full-length Air midsole and grippy rubber outsole are found underfoot.
