Nike continues to overhaul the classic Air Jordan 1 silhouette with updated materials and new color schemes. The Air Jordan 1 Ultra High 'Royal' features a black-based wool upper with Sport Royal accents on the toe box, ankle, Swoosh lining, and heel. The high top also sports a lace-up closure, neoprene slip-on ankle support system, heel tabs for an adaptive fit, a white midsole, and a blue rubber outsole.
